Breath Medicine Journey | In-person

Free your body and spirit as you learn to tap into your inner knowing by exploring various dimensions of breath, sound and movement. Breathwork is a somatic, meditative journey enabling access to all sorts of new-found realms. You may find yourself with the potential for a pathway to the mystical and, healing as you expand far beyond the scope of other meditations.

Give yourself the gift of this supportive and inspirational experience of awareness, breathing attunement and hence, personal shifts. Find out in this workshop how your breathing is connected to what is happening in your life and, get valuable information to change your individual breathing pattern!

Notes:
Try not to eat at least 2 hours prior to the event (something light, if you need to eat) and be sure to come hydrated.

Wear clothing that is loose around your abdomen.

Please BRING a blanket, yoga mat and pillow.
